First class car rental in Paraguay! This is the third time we have rented a car from Acar and we are more than satisfied. Impeccable vehicles as well as professional and friendly service including staff. Acar leaves nothing to be desired. Be it the delivery of the vehicles to Encarnación to the front door or the personal pick-up of the customers in Villarrica at the train station to pick up in the neighboring town, because the bus was overcrowded and we did not make it in time to get off the bus in Villarrica. Fast and uncomplicated.

We were very satisfied. The car was ready early in the morning at the airport when we arrived, everything went like clockwork. The car was technically flawless. Very uncomplicated booking process via email. We had to change our booking at short notice, but it was no problem at all. The car was at the airport on time for the handover and was also picked up at our desired drop-off location.

A mega service at an absolutely fair price. Our battery on the gol cross fox was a little weak at the beginning, the owner Siegfried (speaks German, extremely helpful and competent) took care of it immediately and had it replaced/repaired on the spot, we spent the short waiting time with a nice chat and a coffee. Great car rental! We recently rented a car for 9 days (7-seater). The contact was super easy and quick via WhatsApp. The car was brought directly to our hotel and picked up again at the end. It was practically a new car, with almost no kilometers on the clock, and there was even foil in some places. Technically, of course, everything was flawless and problem-free. We drove it around half of Paraguay in various weather conditions and came back happy and satisfied with the car. The car rental company also took care of the cleaning, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Great service and customer service! The staff were also always super friendly and helpful with advice and assistance. We can therefore highly recommend Acar! And we will be happy to rent here again... See you next time

The service from Acar car rental is fantastic. I wasn't sure which rental car would suit me best, and the German-speaking owner, Mr. Müller, even advised me to rent his cheapest small car, the Renault Kwid, instead of a much more expensive truck. This inspired my confidence, and on my return to Paraguay I purchased this model from Acar in a carefree package with full insurance cover. I recently slipped into a ditch in the evening and Mr. Müller was immediately available and arranged the tow. No problems, no costs. Fantastic service, highly recommended!!!

It's wonderful to receive such a friendly and reliable welcome in a foreign country. The employee took a lot of time and meticulously inspected and explained the vehicle.
